I am doing this exercise from last 2 months with proper diet(16 hours diet with out touching rice items only protein food) + some abs excercise + shuttle game for half hour... Now I can see the change... When lockdown started my weight is 78 now it was 69... Target is 68๐Ÿฅณ. Initially it was quite hard to do this exercise... My diet plan made this exercise some what simple.. using good bouncing shoe may reduce leg pain... Only thing was we need to keep constant effort towords our Goal... Cheers..! All the best for everyone โค๏ธ.. Avoid sweets.. have good sleep... Drink plenty of water if you are following high protein food..

This is definitely a killer full body workout I've ever found. Did so many 10 mins HIIT , full body burn but this is next level. It makes one bathe in sweat. Loved it. Waiting for the results.
